Shipping and Tracking

How does it work?

We use a Print On Demand (POD) system to supply our products. This means that we don't hold any stock, your product is made just for you. This reduces wastage and reduces our costs so that we can pass on discounts to you

How long will it take my item to reach me?
We aim to get your product to you within 3-14 working days. Sometimes this will depend on where you live and your local postal service (which we have no control over!)

Can I track my order?
When you order we will supply you with a tracking number so you can see where your item is

What happens if I don't receive my item?

If you have not received your item within 14 days, please email us at Hello@OrmerCo.com or use the contact form (above)

Any claims for lost items must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date

Please make sure you provide a full and complete address, we cannot replace items if the wrong address has been supplied


Returns
Damaged or Defective goods

We pride ourselves on the high standard of both the base item and print of our products. If you receive a product that does not meet this standard or is damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Take a photo of the damage or print

2. Send it to Hello@OrmerCo.com or use the contact form (above) and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge

PLEASE NOTE: As a small business, we are currently unable to provide refunds or store credit (although we hope this will change in the future), but we CAN do exchanges for items of the same or greater value (you only pay the difference)



Exchanges

If you receive an item and it doesn't fit or you decide you want to exchange it, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us using the form (above) or email us at Hello@OrmerCo.com and let us know what item you would like to exchange and we will contact you to arrange your new item (and any additional payment)

2. Send your item to:
OrmerCo Ltd, 1 Le Hurel Cottages, La Rue du Hurel, Trinity, JERSEY JE3 5JR

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we expect you to try out your item, we cannot replace any item that has been worn, soiled or washed

We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and to trading as ethically and environmentally friendly as possible. This is why we chose Printful as our fulfillment partner. You can check out their credentials here [link]

In order to mitigate our digital carbon footprint, we will not be sending regular emails, look out for updates on our social media pages
